Send us the paperwork for up to 20 US freight loads: rate confirmations, BOLs, PODs and carrier invoices. We read and cross-check every document, and a person checks the results before your scorecard is sent. The free test has no fees.

No email is sent. Your personal upload link appears on the next page and stays valid for 14 days.

Before you upload

  • Stored: encrypted, on our server in the US, run with Linode (Akamai).
  • Processed: on rented GPU servers in the US (Modal). Files are there only while they are processed.
  • Who can see them: our review team, to check the results.
  • Deleted within 48 hours after your scorecard is sent. If no scorecard is sent, within 30 days.
  • Not used to train models, never sold or used for advertising.
  • Your email and company name are used only for this free test and to contact you about it.
  • You can also email files to team@ryumonaudit.com. Emailed files are moved to our secure system and removed from our inbox within 7 days; our email provider then deletes them from Trash after 30 days.
